Vita lets you log and visualize personal health and wellness metrics, and — with your consent — provides AI/statistical insights about your trends. Features may change over time.

Vita is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, and seek urgent care for any reading or symptom that concerns you. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the app.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

Vita Plus is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account; subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Plus is €3.99/month or €34.99/year (prices may vary by region and over time; the current price is always shown before you purchase). Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the app or other users.

The data you log is yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it to operate the app (see the Privacy Policy). You can export or delete it at any time.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Philippe Bazard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vita. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights in the EU.

You may stop using Vita and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of France (EU), without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
